The Mission
Say No To FOMO! (fomononono.com) was born out of a desire to create a single, comprehensive source for cultural events across the Netherlands. While Amsterdam is our primary focus, we've expanded to include Leiden, Utrecht, Rotterdam, and beyond.
Our platform aggregates data from dozens of sources, including official venue websites, community blogs like MuziekGezien, and cultural membership programs like WeArePublic.
Technology
This project is built using modern web technologies, including a Python-based data pipeline for scraping and cleaning, and a lightweight, fast frontend powered by Vanilla JS and CSS. We prioritize accessibility, performance, and simplicity.
